When we create a purchase order we are indicating at what time the products have to arrive at our premises (plant), however when we are purchasing based upon an EXW incoterm we are getting the products ourself at the supplier by truck, in our purchase order we will still indicate the expected time of arrival at the plant. When we will send out the purchase order out via EDI, our supplier is also expecting a time in the EDI message (ORDERS05) that indicates when our truck is expected to show up at their premise.
