To be technical, is the Material available or is it present?
Please check:
a) Maybe there are other reservations for the material, so even if the Material is in stock, it is not available.
b) Please check Checking group and checking rule and see whether the result is as per the rule.
c) What do Availability Overview and Stock / Requirement list state about the Material ?

0 EA available". although stock is available is system for the

MMBE (Stock Report).
