It might be due to the start date of creating the position in OM is higher
than that of start date given while hiring. Please check organization
structure with the position start date.

Hi,
I have create a personal number i.e. 0090181 and given start date 2/5/1991 and saved. so number is created. in next screen it throw an error about start date is prior. But it neither allowing to create save cost center and business area nor allowing to change start date.
Please suggest solution.
