This a view that lets you see the merge of 2 related DB tables (in this
case, E070 which is the header of the transport table and contains the
transport number and the user id, and E071 which is the transport line iten
table and has the objects changed in the transports).
However, if you are that new, It might be less useful to you. It does
require some advanced knowledge of transports to interpret.
