Reply from sapnomad on Apr 4 at 8:53 AM I'm not really a techie, but it sounds like your RF gun sign-on is authentication on to your corporate network and then the user is doing the SAP logon. So when it comes to backend SAP logon, is it all being handled through single sign on? (If not, this is where you need to go).

We have two passwords for RF sign on. First to sign on RF, then to sign on user. Password for RF sign in keeps insisting on changing. "make new password now." Always RF guns that nobody knows what the new password is.
What direction can I give IT to get this first password turned off, so only users have to sign in? This is driving me crazy.
