As you mentioned here that PR are created for cost centres means that
we have to enter the G/L account manually. it will not be determined
by the system automatically.
There is assignent of material group with valuation class in SPRO-
SAPIMG- Material Management- Purchasing- Material Master- Entry Aids
for items without a material master. further you can link this
valuation class with g/l account.
