Reply from Joe Harrison on Apr 9 at 10:13 PM This seems to do the trick. This is a document segment validation. If BKPF-BUKRS = 'XYZ' AND BSEG-ANFBU <> 'XYZ' we know an intercompany transaction is being attempted then we can build a check on doc type or text, etc. Joe

Unfortunately, validations were not initially set up so now users are posting across company codes incorrectly. I am wondering if a rule can be set when the auto postings to the OBYA accounts takes place. This way we could reject any user trying to post across companies incorrectly. What is the best way to control this. Or if there is a better way to control this then please let me know. Thanks, Joe | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community. Start today. _.____.__ |
