You must code the header.
PERFORM layout_init USING gs_layout.
PERFORM eventtab_build USING gt_events[].
PERFORM top_of_page.
PERFORM comment_build USING gt_list_top_of_page[]. -------- You will call the FORM after the top_of_page building.
