You can either use a "Substituion rule" to update the text field with
a standard text when the posting key is "06" and t-code "(which ever
t-code you use)" and you can add on further conditions to your
requirement.
Alternatively, you can take ABAP help to write a user exit etc., to
meet the requirements.

Hello,
We are having issue with the posting key '06' while posting the Lockbox with short pays. For posting key '06', field 'Text' is mandatory and not allowing to post the short pays. Is it possible that for posting key '06' for a particular Company code, the 'Text' field should be hard coded? Please let me know how this can be achieved?
