Reply from Gary McSorley on Apr 27 at 2:16 PM After you copy the current depreciation key to a new "Z" key, activate the shutdown option on the new key. Then you can to create a substitution rule that substitutes the new depreciation key for the old one. Next create a worklist selecting only the assets that use the depreciation key, or keys that you are changing. The worklist can then be used to run through the substitution rule to change all en mass. I don't have a system in front of me, but I believe two of the t-codes are AR31, and AR02.

As a general rule, whenever you have to modify the depreciation key, create a new one. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
