I would like to know how the process of RFQ (Request for Quotation). The creation on Rfq I know the way of creation. But I wanted to know the process after create the Rfq. At present in our business we will create a Rfq then we will convert in PDF the pdf will send to PR requester or end-user for evaluation thru outlook or SAP Workflow. Then they will choose the supplier within that Rfq. This is the process.
But it's very difficult is happing in the approval. There is no record in SAP saying that the quotation has approved from so and so person for so and so supplier. Hence will some one guide me is there any process to do a best way for recording the data in SAP.
