Question from JeffChew on Mar 29 at 12:01 AM Hi, one user tried to access sap today 29 Mar 2012 and system prompt message
'User XXX is already logged on in client xxx'.
(Terminal xxxxxx since 27.03.2012 17:20:00)
Suspecting user did not logged out from SAP properly and the session is still active till now.
Checking SM04 (user list) and this user ID is not appearing.
Checing AL08 (List of All Users Logged On), his ID is appearing.
Please advise how and what should I do to terminal previous logged on session dated 27.03.2012 so that user will not see such message again in the future.
