I would suggest you to check in configuration if the quantity field is greyed out due to the configuration setting. In case of "net price" field status, you should update it by accessing through the "item condition" icon in ME32K transaction.

Hi
We are facing issues when it comes to change the price and quantity of an
outline agreement for goods (in our language we call it LLTA). Further, we
could not do this even before we release the document. We have the solution
for amending the price and quantity of Outline agreement for Services but
not for goods. Because of this, we are creating new LLTA's each and every
time when there is a price increase or decrease.
Could you please help us to come out of this situation.
