It is better to create customized T code if lots of fields / screen changes are there.
(to suit the business requirements).
Or for 2/3 fields you can use BAdi'S, ask SAP Technical / ABap Team with exact requirement / design of the screen. (Prepare the screen layout and storage logic for additional fields).
