Reply from geoblask on Mar 11 at 8:33 PM Central person is independent of global employment. Central person is used so that a single identifier can be used for employees whether in an ERP system or in CRM or SRM where they are held as business partners.
So there will always be central persons, whether or not global employement is used.

Can anyone suggest the answers for the below;
When a Central Person object is assigned to a Person, Does it say that he is under global employment.
If we maintain central person object is global employment activated.
Can any one suggest me the difference between global employment and Central Person Concept.
Can Central Person be assigned to two different countries with same personnel numbers
(OR)
Can Central Person be assigned to two different countries with different personnel numbers.
