Dear Sandeep,

Go to PPOM_OLD, the plan version must be 01 - current plan.

Select the organizational unit, click on staff assignments, create the
positions under the selected organizational units by giving the start date
& end date and also give the no.of positions to be created in one org
unit. After creating the position you can go object description & check
the relationship between org unit & positions. The planning status must be
active. This is the most easy method for creating positions since it saves
lot of time and you can create n number of positions through ppom_old.

Hope this helps.

Have a nice day.

Thanks & Regards,
S.Sriram

Subject: Issue on Organization Reassignment

Dear All,

Have a good day to all,

Here i am working on organization restructuring, where we are delimiting
present organization structure and creating new one. almost 700 positions.
I am using LSMW to assign new positions to personnel numbers using
organization assignment personnel action.

after executing LSMW, personnel numbers are not displayed in organization
structure, but it is showing position number in 0001 info type. how to
integrate organization structure and PA. i tried using rhinte10 and
rhinte30, but of no use.

Please guide me how to work on this.

Thanks in advance

Thanks & Regards
Sandeep Y
