Hi Experts
I have created an activity with the following set-up:
ATyp category 1 Manual entry, manual allocation
Price indicator 1 Plan price, automatically based on activity
Actl Acty Type Cat. As in planning
Act. price indicator 5 Actual price, automatically based on activity
Actual Quanity indicator is set
The planned quantities for activities are displayed on all reports and I can do KSS4 and KSPI. But unfortunately the actual quantities from confirmations are not updating against the cost centre/activity type. The monetary value and quantity is displayed against the secondary cost celement and I can drilldown to the actual confirmation documents for the process orders. Due to the fact that the actual quantities have not been updated on the cost centres, the actual splitting (that is based on activity quantities) is wrong.
Why are the actual quantities from the confirmations not pulling through to CO? I can see the confirmation quantities on the orders if I run KKBC_ORD and the do not get an error report if i run cofc. I need the quantities to pull through to CO, so I can do the splitting and recalculate the prices. Any assistance is appreciated - what am I doing wrong? |
