Hi

As Rihabh said, but with a variation, as leave can be for sickness, maternity, etc.
- Sick leave - count 100% - for days with working hrs > 0; w/t XXXX Sick leave
- Sick leave 1/2 pay - in counting use 50% - as above - w/t XXXY - SL 1/2 pay
- Sick leave no pay - count as in sick leave - w/t reqd if you want to report hrs in pay slip, valuation not reqd - no debit to abs quota

One SL quota type.

Preferable to use separate valuation rules - for flexibility.

Dear Mentors,

I have a scenario where there is an Absence quota defined. However the calculation of leave days for salary is very different.

Sick Leave for the year from Jan to Dec
1. First 15 days with full pay
2. Next 30 days with half pay
3. Subsequent sick leave – loss of pay

There is no fixed quota for this absence type.
Also there is no time evaluation incorporated in the system.
How can I configure for this?
