9.(A) (b,c) comes from the IT586's actual investment details.
Please clarify in which part you are not getting the correct pf amount.

PF contribution is not displaying on 'Form 16' for the year 2011 - 2012. when I executive 'Form 16' it show dissimilar amount on the same. Instead of correct PF contribution.
