So are you saying that payroll was not at all run for this PERNR - old or new CC? Then I am guessing that you made an action to move the person to the relevant PA/PSA in the new CC. If all the above is correct then there is something in the config which is pointing to the old CC. Recheck your Symbolic/WT configuration.
