Try to do following change it will work and if you have found the solution

In the DA we have 2 conditions:
2: The infotype should only be called when hiring is done (Hiring
value==01)
IType- 9030
STy.-blank
Field N- MASSN
FC-04
No-2
S- P
Variable function Part- P0000-MASSN='01'
and in part 1 it should be ENDDA and not ENDA.
Variable function Part- INS,9070,,,(9030-BEGDA),(9030-ENDDA)
This will restrict it to hiring only.
