Question from saphrconsultant1 on Jan 26 at 2:13 AM
Dear All,

I have one critical issue that, when employee joins in middle of the month as he comes under PF basis rule his PF contribution is deducting properly,i.e., 780..and when he left in the middle of the month again system is deducting PF contribution accordingly,i.e., 780.

But when it comes to Income tax calculations under aggregate chapter VI a , system calculating less/reducing the PF contribution against actual PF deducted for the joining and left month . Means for the middle of the month join and left , system is considering actual days employee served and calculating PF amount.

But as per client, system should consider for TDS calculations as it has deducted PF contribution so far.

Can someone help me to resolve this issue?

Thanks with regards,
Venkatesh
