TC-1 one record created but can be delimited (basically 1 records that can be changed but not deleted)
TC-2 multiple records but without overlapping (again 0 or 1, but you can keep changing, deleting)
TC-3 0 one or multiple records(delimit, delete and multiple entries permitted)
