Reply from PKVarma on Jan 31 at 1:23 AM Yes you can use BDC if you find ABAP help. As long as PERNR is different data will not be overwritten. If you want to retain the old EE, load only the relevant data that is different else it will overwrite/delimit depending on the situation.

Hi Experts,
Our company is jointly based on 2 companies. My team (i.e. 5 subordinates belongs to company 1 and the Boss (ultimate authority belongs to company 2).
In my company the criteria for creating Reporting Structure is such that 5 people(subordinates) report to Boss of my Dept. His employee code is not created in SAP whereas Empcodes of 5 subordinates are created in SAP.
Can we create a workaround for this? How to create such reporting structure of such Organization in SAP ?
