Hi
a) You can use rounding rules in V_T559L,
b) If the infotype that is changed in the past is configured to cause retro time eval, then the leave accrual is recalculated.
c) Entitlement and leave taken are separately shown in PT50 using different tables like PTQUOTADED for abs quota deductions and other time cluster tables, not just the data from IT 2006 only. That is the way it has been designed.
Some times there may be differences between IT 2006 total balance and what is shown in PT50. This is due to processing problems. In this case, you can run RPTKOK00 to analyse differences; this will then direct you to another screen to correct the differences.

JG

Subject: Absence Quota Generation

Dear Experts,

Earned Leave(EL) credit to a group of employees will be done based on
present days at the end of the year.

a) If the resultant EL is in decimal, can it be rounded to nearest number.
How to do this configuration?

b) After EL quota creation, if any missing swipe data is regularized in the
previous year, accordingly the present days will increase..
As per the increased present days, hope, again the EL quota creation will
recalculate. Is it right?

c) When Hiring on 01-01-2011, He will be given 30 Earned Leave. At the end
of year, he availed 5, i.e, the remaining is 25 which can be carry
forwarded. Next year on 01-01-2012, again he will get 30 EL. So the total
55. But in PT50, it shows 60 (Generated) 5 (Deduction). Why?

Expecting your valuable help.

SIVAKUMAR
