I've never actually done this (just added Number Ranges) but I think you'd pull down the Group menu and then choose Insert.

We are working Internal Orders number ranges and grouping the order types under the ranges.
When we go into Maintain Number range for orders (Tcode KONK) and then go to Maintain Number ranges groups for internal orders(F6).
How do you add groups to the list displayed on this screen. Is there a maximum number of groups allowed?
