Dear JG,

Thanks a lot for reply. let me clarify once more in the case of question (
C ). i.e, After crediting EL for 2nd year, our requirement is as on
01.01.2012, EL credited is 55 & Deduction is "0" -- instead of -- Credited
60 & Deduction is "5".

Thanks

Hi
a) You can use rounding rules in V_T559L,
b) If the infotype that is changed in the past is configured to cause retro time eval, then the leave accrual is recalculated.
c) Entitlement and leave taken are separately shown in PT50 using different tables like PTQUOTADED for abs quota deductions and other time cluster tables, not just the data from IT 2006 only. That is the way it has been designed.
Some times there may be differences between IT 2006 total balance and what is shown in PT50. This is due to processing problems. In this case, you can run RPTKOK00 to analyse differences; this will then direct you to another screen to correct the differences.

Regards,

JG
