Dear Experts,
For the month of Nov2011 we updated gratuity for all our employees and in order to reconfirm the updation we generated the program again and found there was no employee missed out,
Now in IT 0015 when I checked for the gratuity for 1 employee it is not appearing and in IT 9000 ( grat) I could see the entry which was updated on 28.11.2011, when i checked with our finance team they confirmed that this amount didn't appear in posting also.
I checked the logged in changes and there was no entry for this gratuity updation. Kindly let me know what could be the reason behind it.
