For smooth and speedy applicant activities like transfer of applicant data from planned to completed, you need to execute PBA7 & then to PBA8 which will transfer the Applicants data in to HR Master , then you need to hire the Applicant through PA40, but before all this you should configured everything in the Customizing Procedure.
Also For transferring Applicant data to PA, Personnel Action type Table ( T529A ) field character for action ( Column Name =FC) should be set as 7.
