In a ideal scenario t must be empty. Just take a back up of the details in the table. Save it somewhere and delete it in the table and re run payroll. If problem is resolved thumbs up. if not put the data back on the table and save it. There must be problem in some other place. We shall work it out after this trouble shooting step.

Hi all,
While doing payroll posting I have the following error only for one particular employee. Done posting for this employee up to 01.01.2011 successfully. While doing on 01.02.2011 the following errors are coming.
Postings are showing double entry.
/560 Net pay is 70693 with character P with + sign
/560 Net Pay 70693 with character A with _ sign and this net pay amount becomes Zero.
like wise HRA Amt 20000 with character P with + sign
HRA with amnt 20000 with chacter A with - sign also showing
Can any one tell me how I can correct this?
