Have you activated Additional Action infotype (0302)? So that you can accommodate this scenario?
Basically, if you run a transfer action on the same day of Hire it will get stored in Additional Action infotype. However, actions stored in IT0302 can also be seen in IT0000.

Dear Experts,
Today we hired one employee that is on 29.12.2011. We would like to transfer the same employee to some other location.
When we tried to transfer that employee, system is displaying the below error.
"Do not enter a personnel action for the date of hiring or transfer".
Please help me in this regard. |
