Let us consider this case, according to your saying, we should not even assign an applicant to Company Code, Personnel area, Personnel subarea, etc because we wont be giving it to him. right? but still we create an org assignment for an applicant. Let me explain a one of the essential point as a background on infotypes. The personnel admin ITs are only factual records, but ITs in recrutment can be classified either as Factual Infotypes or Proposal Infotypes. what are these any way? look at examples. Example of factual infotypes are for recruitment are personal data, address, education, etc And proposal Infotypes are Org assignment, Basic pay, Vacancy Assignment, Contract Elements. Hope my explaination gives you some idea.
