Hi If new entries after the payroll run, result in changes in payments/deductions, there will be definitely a payroll run. Even after an employee has been terminated, it is possible that the company may need to pay any unpaid overtime etc. The only way to stop this is by a) entering adjustments to negate them, or b)locking the employee's record in IT 3. Regards, JG

We would like to strictly stop further posting of any entries in the infotypes such as attendance, overtime etc through PA30 for selected employees after a particular date as this is happening on certain cases where the full and final settlements are made. Kindly advice. Thanks Raghunath | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N. Scottsdale Road Suite 280, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 | | JG-SAPHR SAP HR Top Contributor
