Have you considered using Investment Management? That may do a really good job for you, linking PS, AuC, and Fixed Assets via Investment Measures. That's the best way I know to link assets to Projects. I can send you information on it.

I have a real-life project, started in 2010 and now the client is implementing SAP PS.
There are some assets with accumulated depreciation. How can we transfer
these assets to PS, to control budget, such as, computer etc. These are
related to admin budget.
