I made the settings for field BKPF-XMWST with the only difference being that on BDC Account Type 2 I used the value "2". Could this be what is affecting my upload. Secondly I would like to know whether I used the same Search String for both the tax code field and the calculate tax indicator.

I am uploading an EBS in Multicash format, the challenge I am facing is that of automatically having the calculate tax indicator active during the upload. At the moment when we upload it throws errors and we have to manually post process the errors. I read some documentation from the SAP Library indicating that this can be achieved using Search Strings for other target fields. I have however attempted to follow these steps but with no joy, the calculate tax indicator is not being auto-populated.
Would anyone have any suggestions of what I can try out, or provide me with a step by step guide of how the Search Strings for this functionality should be configured? |
