GO to PPOME(change) select the particular vacancy (double click) then
detail window will be open
check the staffing status please make sure particular position should be
occupied or put on hold.

there possibly is only one way as i see, create new object "New job" OT-CC, and use it. make sure all attributes of c is extended and are identical to OT-C
