I have configured an absence type In IT2001 I also made the entry but its still not deducting. It shows in the result of the payroll as absence hours but there is no deduction made for those hours from the basic salary. Right now we are working on basis of work schedule and we only make entries of deviations like absence, overtime and lateness.

I have a very simple scenario where I want to configure lateness of 1:1 ratio
if the employee is one hour late one hour entry should be made as an absence or by wagetype what ever is possible and one hour should be deducted from his basic pay.
Time management status 9
time evaluation without clock times.
I have tried in absence types creating a late every thing works fine it even shows in wagetype /846 unpaid absence but not deducted
I have tried in IT2010 creating a wagetype but it does not deduct it shows in lateness but does not deduct.
Please help experts. |
