Hi
How is the lateness being entered? Is it from a time clock system with interface to SAP? Or is it entered as an infotype like 2002? If this is entered as an absence or IT 2001, then this will automatically result in reducing the worked hrs for that day. Or whatever input is used can create an IT 2001 with from and to times for that day.
With this you do not need any config or other input.

I have a very simple scenario where I want to configure lateness of 1:1 ratio
if the employee is one hour late one hour entry should be made as an absence or by wagetype what ever is possible and one hour should be deducted from his basic pay.
Time management status 9
time evaluation without clock times.
I have tried in absence types creating a late every thing works fine it even shows in wagetype /846 unpaid absence but not deducted
I have tried in IT2010 creating a wagetype but it does not deduct it shows in lateness but does not deduct.
Please help experts. |
