I don't think SE11 is the right way.
Go to SM30, enter the T030B and click on customizing.
This will list all the task that updates the table T030B.
Looks like you are in the system where customizing changes are not allowed. Therefore, from the above list, find the one you want to maintain (not sure what account key J13 is for), go to Dev box, customize and move it to the system where you are getting this error.

After enter parameters in Tcod F110 in report - Job log overview for job - was listed a error message: "Error in determining posting key T030B account key J13".
I was looking in SPRO and I didn't find anything about Account Key J13. So I don't know from where the system is seeking this information. Please, someone can help me as can I solve this problem?
