Hi vidhya,
I think the better way to solve the issue is to use LSMW , I think the better and easiest way is LSMW. There is another option is using AR31.

Hi friends,
As regards mass change of cost center in multiple assets. Why is it that I am able to carry this out using a substitution rule and a work list only after transactions have been posted in such multiple assets? Will I be not be able to make a change of cost center, en masse, immediately after creating master records but before posting transactions? I tried this in IDES but I am able to carry out this feature only for assets loaded with transaction values.
