Hi Experts, This is Rajasekhar Reddy, I am working as a SAP HCM & NAKISA consultant. We are implementing Talent Managements & Succession Planning, and client asked few questions as per their requirement. Can any one help me for the below questions: 1. Is there any triggering mechanism in SAP which notifies that an employee has updated his details which needs approval from HR folks? 2. Can we have a failsafe method for accounting whether the employee has submitted necessary document? 3. Details on 'Talent Management Specialist roles' in " Maintain Organizational Foundations" 4. TM Matrix structure is supported in SAP HCM and whether it allows two managers to provide appraisal score to the same employee. 5. TM system has capabilities of reporting how many times TRM has not adhered to. 6. Advantages of implementing the SAP TM and SP modules. 7.
