Hi Experts
I need some clarification related to delimiting the data.
We have a huge history junk data that we would like to clean up.
Example : we have more 500 Work schedule rules -- reason is my Company was part of a big Group earlier Now my Company is not part of this group any more .
We like to delimit the old Workschedule rules which are not applicable for us now.
I would like to know the impact if we do this.

I read it is not a new implementation. But I said that from your description of the situation, that the effort and steps you need to do for in-sourcing, depends on the condition whether you can get the whole of the current solution from your service provider including:
- business blueprint, solution blueprint
- config - time and payroll schema and PCR's, all config tables
- ABAP or other code
If you can get all this, then insourcing would be quite reduced. But still you need people to cover Basis, ESS/MSS, ABAP, config.
The data needs to be migrated from the outsourced system to yours & validated.
You may still need parallel runs to ensure change over is ok.
Then on the user/HR side yu need people to test or UAT, business analyst/s, administer data changes, run TE, PY, posting, etc.
