Client requirement is to clear Arrears in the Arrears table on alternate pay periods for semi monthly payroll employees. Arrears will be cleared and outsourced to a different company.

Please help me to write a rule to clear Arrears from Arrears table on 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and so on for semimonthly employees.
