You can't expect to get everything resolved in this forum. You will get pointers, as they said, WPBP table has the empl's details of position, basic pay, etc during the pay period, when the payroll was run. Then you need to work out what you need to specify in your functional specs. You can discuss with your ABAp'er further.

My client is asking to create custom report from RT Tables instead of using Wage Type Reporter. We are going to add some additional fileds like Employee status (Active) and to send a mail requestor etc for the selection screen.,
I didn't work on custom reports earlier. I request you kindly guide me how to prepare proposal and HLDs.,
And also how to get technical details for payroll results from RT Table to share with my ABAPers to implement the program.
