Subject: SMD setup wizard hangs after pushing 'setup'
Hi expert, a great problem and no solution.
(First I searched for help in group solution manager).
At Friday, I performed a SolMan Diagnostics Setup (called from Solution Manager transaction DSWP --> Goto --> SolMan Diagnostics. A Browser is opened and i select the affected system, click to "setup" and i got the menu for input all details. After this i push "setup" and the setup is running.
SMD is successfully setup.
At Monday, I will do the same, select a another system and push the "setup" to fill the menu with details.
After waiting 10 minutes i close my browser. Maybe i have a problem with my desktop. But all my colleagues have the same problem: after pushing "setup" the browser hangs.
I have checked all things I know, Icompared with other SolMans, no idea why this application hangs. We have restarted the complete SolMan application (not the server, only the application with "stopsap". Still the same problem.
Any idea? Meanwhile my frustration is higher and higher.
