I did not have this error message when configuring/testing Dispute Management in our Development system but now that the config has been transported into our QA system, I cannot create a Dispute Case. Is there some config that needs to be reapplied manually in each environment? I have compared the 2 systems and everything seems to have transported across but obviously something is missing which is causing this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?
