Check below code; it should work.
DATA : Nextmonth TYPE c LENGTH 2.
DATA : Year TYPE c LENGTH 4.
DATA : Nextdate TYPE c LENGTH 7.
Nextmonth = sy-datum+4(2) + 1.
year = sy-datum+(4).
if Nextmonth ge 13.
Nextmonth = 01.
year = sy-datum+(4) + 1.
endif.
Concatenate nextmonth year into nextdate separated by '/' .
