Thanks for the inputs, Yes it is pretty much expensive. That's the reason we like in source it. It's a small company close to 1000 employees. We need this in sourcing plan only for SAP HR module. All other modules are already in sourced. We like to in source at least half of the items which I have mentioned below. Monthly payroll run and Interface --- we may ask the same consulting Company to do it. We dont have an ABAP person here . When we copy the system from this consulting Company .. as mentioned we have to check all the data's are ok. Affter copying the system is there any special transaction to run and check everything is ok? from Functional and ABAP end? Thanks, Smitra

At my work, most of the ABAP and customization is done by us, We have a support contract for tech/basis support to supplement. We pay 56,000 EEs biweekly and have 2 ABAP, 2 configurers, 6 functional analyst that includes help desk. Configure and ABAPERs run payroll. We do all interfaces. BASIS has 2 PORTAL/MSS/ESS/workflow, 2 BASIS specific, and 3 security. We have another team for learning solutions/workflow, and separate teams for FI, and SRM. We have had HR/Payroll since March 2001. Steven Oldner LaGov HCM Team | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
