In my opinion some its vary co to co and every one have some own
configuration.

Well, the biggest advantage for going to On Demand service is that you do not have to worry about the upgrades, support packs, legal changes and the maintenance of the system. But I'm not sure how many companies are current live on On Demand service or planning to go-live in the near future.
