Dynamic actions don't take effect when running batch programs. When you update manually in OM the positions, there is a call to another program that updates the IT 0001. You have to modify the custom program including a batch-input of a COPY of IT 0001, since the date you are changing the cost center in OM. You have to record the steps of BI by SM35.

I have tried RHINTE20 but it does not help.
I have not tried LSMW.
